Recipe of the Week: Chicken Slaw

Week 2 of recipe of the week is here! I can hear the cheering already 🙂 This recipe is one Chris got from work. We made it the other night and love it! It’s very light and fresh but satisfying so you don’t feel weighed down after eating. Check it out and let me know what you think!

1 bag of cabbage slaw
1 Roasted Chicken (We love the ones from Publix)
4 Scallions (Finely cut)
½ cup toasted sliced almonds
3 tbsp toasted Sesame Seeds
1 package Ramen (crushed)

2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1/3 cup canola oil
Chicken Ramen seasoning packet

Take the skin off the chicken and tear into bite size pieces. Mix all salad items and then add dressing. Refrigerate.
